Isles of Umbra Lets Players Explore Chthonic Nightmares

John Wilbur suffers from chthonic nightmares, but the creatures he meets as he sleeps are more than figments of his imagination in first-person exploration game Isles of Umbra.

The horrific creatures John meets in his dreams are all trying to break into the real world. To keep them from doing so, he will have to complete a Seal Ritual, but to do so, he will have to solve puzzles and find items.

John will also have to communicate with the beings in this world in order to complete his journey. He will need to take care with who he speaks with, as while he may need their help, each of these beings is a dangerous creature that wants to get out into the real world.
