Turn-based card combat and a storyline from author Jak Koke will be coming to Steam on March 1 with the release of Trulon: The Shadow Empire.
Koke, author of the The Dragon Heart Trilogy, a series of Shadowrun books, and several other novels, has written the story of the game, bringing magic to a steampunk world. In it, a mysterious disease has spread to the kingdoms Tripudia and Maelon, mutating monsters with magic.
Players must take four characters, each with their own abilities, out into the realm to discover the source of the disease. Combat abilities are all controlled using the game’s card system, which offers players 50 cards with various attacks and skills.
