Spotted on the ESRB and over at Gamefly, it looks like Sanrio’s Hello Kitty (who is not, as everyone thought, a cat but a cat girl) is coming to the Nintendo 3DS with Hello Kitty & Sanrio Friends 3D Racing.
Details are scant, with not even a box shot, but here’s the ESRB rating summary:
This is a racing game in which players drive Hello Kitty and her friends in karts, boats, and planes around whimsical race courses. Some races contain power-up items (e.g., speed bursts, traffic cones, pies) that are tossed at other racers, causing them to briefly spin out of control.
The game appears to be readying for a November 11th release date according to Gamefly’s listing, and will be published by Majesco, the same folks who’ve published titles such as Cooking Mama and… Zumba Fitness World Party.
For all we know, this could be an updated version of Hello Kitty Kruisers, which was a Wii U and mobile game that came out last year.
Hello Kitty & Sanrio Friends 3D Racing is slated for the Nintendo 3DS come November 11th.
