Developers Bluehole Studio got a big shot in the investment arm to help keep them afloat while making their next big game—a shot that’s to the tune of 13.5 billion won (US$13.2 million) that is.

Money came in from investment firms IMM Investment and Premier Partners. The press release notes that while it’s a little unusual for such mad cash to be thrown at a mid-sized, mid-tier company, the success of Tera in the global market helped raise funding.

Exactly when will we get more information about their new project? Who knows, though with the extra cash hopefully things will speed up and we’ll hopefully see more information soon.

The last we heard from them, Bluehole had just filed a trademark in the US for Zombies, Monsters and Robots.
