An upcoming update and patch for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will unlock the Jamais Vu (Raiden) and Deja Vu (Old Snake) missions for use across all platforms. The update, Konami said, is in celebration of the game shipping 1 million copies.
The Deja Vu mission was initially exclusive to PlayStation platforms and let players play as pixelated, low-polygon model of Solid Snake. The mission involved recreating key scenes, and were rewarded with flashbacks to the previous game.
Meanwhile, Jamais Vu was a fast-moving mission that let players play as Raiden, and included references to Hideo Kojima’s 1988 adventure game Snatcher.
The update that unlocks both missions will be available May 1st.
