Licensing Issues Strike Again – BurgerTime World Tour Being Taken Down

BurgerTime World Tour, a modern version of BurgerTime, will be delisted from digital stores on April 30th, publisher Monkey Paw Games have announced.

Up until its delisting, the game will be available at a discount for $4.99. BurgerTime World Tour is available on PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii as a download title.

Monkey Paw confirmed in a press release that the delisting is due to the expiration of the game’s licensing agreement.

“Removing a game is never something we like to do, but it is part of the nature of working with retro game franchises,” said Ryan Olsen, PR Manager for MonkeyPaw Games. “For those that have yet to snack on the game, we are offering it at a tasty price before BurgerTime World Tour is taken off the menu.”
