At the Digiexpo in Finland, Electronic Arts and BioWare showed off 30 minutes of gameplay footage from Dragon Age: Inquisition, the next Dragon Age title currently in development for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
The video, captured by one of the attendees in the crowd with a camera, highlights player choices by showing off one example involving the fate of a village under attack. BioWare say that the choice made by the player in the gameplay footage will have consequences later on in the game.
Dragon Age: Inquisition has been in development for close to three years now. Back when the game was announced, BioWare stated that they were “poring over player feedback” based on past games and attempting to create a game where choices matter.
Dragon Age: Inquisition was initially slated for release this year, but has been pushed to 2014. The game doesn’t have a release date yet, though.
