Marvel Super Heroes And Marvel vs. Capcom Being Updated With Online Play

Similar to last year’s Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition, Capcom are updating two more of their older fighting games for an Xbox Live Arcade and PlayStation Network release. This time, the titles in question are Marvel Super Heroes and the original Marvel vs. Capcom.

Both games will be bundled in a single pack, titled Marvel vs. Capcom Origins, for $15 (or 1200 Microsoft Points), and will include new graphics filters, new in-game achievements, online play with spectator modes and replay saving. Marvel vs Capcom Origins will be available in September, and you can watch a trailer for it above.

It appears as though Capcom are celebrating their relationship with Marvel of late, as recently, Udon announced an original Marvel vs. Capcom Complete Works art book that goes through every Capcom-developed Marvel game, including arcade titles like The Punisher.
