Wii U Will Support Two Wii U GamePads At Once [Update]

At E3 last year, there was some concern regarding whether Nintendo’s Wii U console would support more than one of the system’s tablet-style GamePads at once.

 

Today, at their E3 media briefing, Nintendo confirmed that it will, but that during E3, they will focus on single GamePad games. Additionally, connecting two GamePads will cause the framerate to half from 60fps to 30fps.
