Phantom Breaker Goes Super Deformed With Phantom Breaker: Battleground

5pb are going to publish another Phantom Breaker game, but this time, it’s a side-scrolling action game for Xbox Live Arcade.

The new game, Phantom Breaker: Battleground, is planned for release sometime in 2013.

The original Phantom Breaker (pictured) was a fighting game, consisting of an almost entirely female cast. In Phantom Breaker: Battleground, the characters will be super-deformed sprites.
