So, another version of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne came out in Japan with Raidou replacing Dante as the guest character. Are you missing out on anything special? We’ll find out by looking at two videos where the silent protagonist from Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne meets a crossover character at the Mantra Building. Here’s what happens when Demi-fiend runs into Dante.
Here is the same event in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Manaix Chronicle Edition.

Raidou and Dante pretty much use the same moves, but the story bits are different. There is some localization work to be done, but Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Manaix Chronicle Edition probably doesn’t have a lot of localization work. You know Atlus has started re-releasing games as Greatest Hits in North America. Making this version of Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne a Greatest Hits game would be a profitable way to get new Megaten fans from the Persona wave to check out Nocturne and satiate their devoted fanbase.
