Kingdom Hearts 3D’s Multiplayer Dream Eater Battles Are Called “Flick Rush”

At one point, Square Enix teased a multiplayer Dream Eater battle feature for Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, and today, we have a better idea of what it is. Famitsu.com report that the multiplayer game is called “Flick Rush,” and is a local wireless feature.

In Flick Rush, both players pick a team of three Dream Eaters each, and then engage in a card battle game of sorts. Numbered cards are displayed on the bottom screen and it looks like you have to flick them up to the top screen.

Flick Rush can be accessed via Special Portals, scattered around the map. Winning gives you Dream Eater recipes for creating more Dream Eaters and additional battle commands.

Famitsu.com also have a few images from the game’s opening movie. You can find those at the link above.
