Xseed and Marvelous are partnering to release Flower, Sun, and Rain in North America sometime in 2009. But, Rising Star games is releasing an English version in Europe this October. How come we aren’t getting an expeditious release if Flower, Sun, and Rain is technically done? I inquired about this and found out Xseed is polishing the translation for North America. Xseed has a reputation for quality localization work so it’s probably worth waiting a few months for their version of Flower, Sun, and Rain to come out.
