Rayman Origins Coming To PC, PlayStation Vita Version Dated

Recommended Videos

In addition to the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita, Rayman Origins is headed to the PC as well. While details on the 3DS version are scarce, we know that the Vita version won’t support multiplayer. The PC version will, and Ubisoft’s press release mentions local multiplayer using four controllers on the same PC.

The PlayStation Vita version of Rayman Origins is slated for release on February 14th in North America and Europe. We don’t have a date for the 3DS version yet, but Nintendo did announce that a demo of the game will be available on the eShop in the future.

Finally, the PC version will be released on March 30th in Europe. Ubisoft say it will be available as both a retail title and via download services. Download versions of the game will require an activation key, but the retail version won’t. Aside from this, no “complicated” DRM will be present.

Pre-ordering the game online will net you a free downloadable copy of Rayman 2. We’ll update once we hear of a release date for North America. In the meantime, here are the system requirements for the PC version of the game:
