Puzzle Platformer LostWinds Breezes Onto The iPhone And iPad

Recommended Videos

One of the earliest third-party games on WiiWare was LostWinds, a puzzle-platformer created by Frontier Development. You played as Toku, a boy guided by the wind spirit, Enril, to release a curse casted upon his world.

On the Wii, Toku was controlled using the Nunchuk analog stick, and Enril was controlled using the Wii Remote’s pointer. You could create gusts of wind, breezes and tornados to solve puzzles and lift yourself up.

Today, Frontier released LostWinds for the iPhone and iPad for $5.29, and it comes with a few bonus features, such as achievements and the ability to add characters from the game to your own photos and share them with friends.
