Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Extend has four difficulty modes: Easy, Normal, Hard and Extreme, each one more involving more complex button inputs than the ones before it. The above is a screenshot from “Spica 39’s Giving Day Edition” in Easy. Below is the Extreme version:
