Come noon of March 24th, Hyperdimension Neptunia developer, Compile Heart, are going to be opening a teaser site for something called “NPG,” likely to be a play on NGP, Sony’s Next Generation Portable.

“NPG” is apparently an innovative portable game system for a new era. While they don’t say what the project is in the ad, Compile Heart give away two other hints via vague quotes in their magazine teaser:

The first reads, “What if game systems (they use the word ‘hardware’) were cute girls?” That sounds like something Neptunia-related. The second quote is more vague, and reads: “That machine trembles in her hand like a girl.”

Machine that trembles in the hand? This game sounds like a follow up to Hyperdimension Neptunia with handhelds instead of consoles. Right around the same time last year, Compile Heart announced Hyperdimension Neptunia for Japan.

Minor update: Looking at the comments, we’d like people to note that this game hasn’t been announced for any system yet, so it isn’t necessarily an NGP title, despite what the teaser might lead you to believe.
