Massive Monster released a free update for Cult of the Lamb dubbed Unholy Alliance on August 12, 2024. As a part of the summer update, the developers add a new way to engage with the cult roguelite. Multiplayer is one of the new ways players can enjoy Cult of the Lamb.
How do I start Cult of the Lamb Multiplayer?
To start a multiplayer session in Cult of the Lamb, you must load one of your game saves. Open the pause menu once you’ve loaded into your save file. A new option to join a co-op session will be the selection on the menu. The game will then prompt the user to add another controller. With a new controller connected, the new playable character, The Goat, will spawn in.
Is there online co-op in Cult of the Lamb?
Unfortunately, Cult of the Lamb only allows for local co-op. This means playing co-op with your friends online is not possible at this moment. Although online multiplayer co-op is not available, Massive Monster includes other additions to Cult of the Lamb in the Unholy Alliance update. This includes new buildings, fleeces, tarot cards, relics, quests, and a plethora of additional traits.
Play everything Massive Monster has to offer in their Unholy Alliance update for Cult of the Lamb on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4|5, Xbox One, Xbox Series|X|S, and PC.
