Palworld is filled with different Pals that players can catch or defeat throughout the Palpagos Islands. However, some of the creatures can only be acquired by beating an Alpha Boss or breeding them. As a level 29 Alpha Boss, Lunaris is one of these Pals. Lunaris may be too difficult for new players with levels lower than 29 to defeat. This guide will show what you need to do in order to breed Lunaris early in Palworld instead of defeating it.

To breed in Palworld, you must first unlock the Breeding Farm on the Technology Tree at level 19. You will also need 50 Fiber, 20 Stone, and 100 Wood to build the farm. Once constructed, you will be able to select one male and one female Pal at a time to breed. Assign the Pals you want to breed by picking them up and tossing them into the Breeding Farm.

After waiting the allotted time for the Pals to finish breeding, feed them cake to produce an egg. To bake a cake, combine the following material in the Cooking Pot:

  • Egg x8
  • Flour x5
  • Honey x2
  • Milk x7
  • Red Berries x8

  • Damp
  • Dark

  • Electric
  • Frozen
  • Rocky
  • Scorching
