Crunchyroll and Toei Animation announced that people who attend SDCC 2024 will get to see the One Piece 25th Anniversary: Symphony Voyage concert. It will be held on at 7pm PT/10pm ET on July 27, 2024. It is one of two Crunchyroll concerts at the event, with the other being the LiSA at the Crunchyroll Concert Series at 5pm PT/8pm ET on July 26, 2024.
Both the Crunchyroll Concert Series and One Piece 25th Anniversary: Symphony Voyage concerts will be free if someone paid to attend SDCC 2024. However, when discussing the One Piece one, Toei and Crunchyroll both did note it is a “first-come, first-served” performance. As such, those with badges who want to attend may want to line up early, and the doors open at 5pm PT for both.
In the case of the former, it will be at the San Diego, California Jacobs Park The Rady Shell. In addition to LiSA, Alice Longyu Gao will sing. The announcement also reminded how LiSA performed Demon Slayer’s “Gurenge” and “Homura” songs. She also performed the Fate/ series songs “Ash,” “This Illusion,” and “Oath Sign,” the My Hero Academia ending theme “Datte Atashi no Hiro,” and Sword Art Online songs like “Crossing Field,” “Shirushi,” and “Unlasting.”
With the One Piece 25th Anniversary: Symphony Voyage concert, it will feature the San Diego Symphony performing songs from the series. That will also be held at The Rady Shell. Photo ops will also be available. There will also be other events at the performance. The concert itself will last for 90 minutes total.
The San Diego Comic Con will be held July 25-28, 2024. The One Piece anime is streaming on Crunchyroll and Netflix. Viz Media handles the manga outside Japan. The live-action show is on Netflix, with season 2 in production.
