How to Get Thalamus in Hades 2

Hades 2 requires you to gather lots of different resources to unlock Incantations, weapons, and tools. Thalamus is a plant found in a hidden domain and can be quite difficult to obtain. Here is where to find Thalamus in Hades 2.

What Is Thalamus In Hades 2?

In Hadese 2, Thalamus is a rare plant that’s used in the Unraveling of a Fateful Bond Incantation, which stalls the effects of the Bloodline Curse while on the Surface. This Incantation is essential when it comes time for you to explore the Surface world.

Unraveling of a Fateful Bond requires the following components:

• Two Nightshade
• Two Lotus
• Two Moss
• Two Thalamus

Where to Find Thalamus in Hades 2

Thalamus can be found in the Chaos domain in Hades 2 and can be harvested with the Silver Spade Gathering Tool. Thankfully, you’ll also be able to grow them at Crossroads once you’ve obtained Origin Seeds.

Simply explore the Chaos Domain and look for a sparkling mound on the ground. The plant is randomized, so it might take you a few tries in the Chaos domain before you find one. Once you see a sparkle on the ground, walk up to it and press “RB” to use your Silver Spade to to harvest Origin Seeds. Now it’s time to head back to the Crossroads.

How To Plant Thalamus In Hades 2

You can plant Thalamus in the Crossroads using the Origin Seeds you picked up from the Chaos domain. If you don’t have the Gathering Tool yet, you can create the Silver Spade by completing the Night’s Craftwork Incantation. This allows you to carry tools with you on your journey. The Incantation is easy to do, requiring only one Moly, a flower which you can pick in Erebus.

The Silver Spade requires 10 Silver to make, which you can mine using the Crescent Pickaxe in Erebus. After getting the Silver Spade, you need to create plots of soil. You can do this with the Incantation Flourishing Soil, which also requires one Moly. The soil where you can plant seeds appears at the Crossroads near the large cauldron and where Odysseus usually stands.

To create more plots of soil, use the Incantation Rich Soil, which creates two more plots. It requires three Lotus, which can be picked in Oceanus. It doesn’t require any special tools to pick them.
