Once you give the crow 25 Shinies for your first fish and access to the rest of the city in Little Kitty, Big City, you can then trade in the currency to crows for cat hats at gacha machines. There are a handful throughout the city, and each has four hats you can collect.
Where do I find the cat hat gacha machines in Little Kitty, Big City?
I find it easier to go by landmarks than the map in Little Kitty, Big City when looking for things, but a general awareness of the area can help when searching for the crows and the cat hat gacha machines. There are five main ones, each with four hats. The price per hats are either 5 Shinies or 10 Shinies, depending on the machine. Also, while it is random which hat you get, each machine only features four designs and you won’t get any duplicates.
First, there are two gacha machines right near the shrine where you’ll meet the duck looking for the four missing ducklings. One is right near the park, and the other is closer to the alley and street. Here are two screenshots I took, where I highlighted their locations.
When you’re stealing the fish from the fisherman, make sure you check near the vending machines near him. There is another Little Kitty, Big City gacha machine with cat hats there.
The other two machines are along the southern-most street on the map. In front of the Gecku comic store, you’ll find one of them. The other is down the road at the 7-Eleven style mini-mart.
