For the 45th anniversary of Tuxedo Sam, Sanrio will release several pieces of merchandise to commemorate him. The items are currently available via the online Sanrio store, and they’ll start appearing in physical locations from mid-May 2024.
There are sixteen types of items you can purchase as part of the Tuxedo Sam 45th anniversary collection. They are:

Tuxedo Sam debuted in 1979 and has been a relatively popular character in the Sanrio character rankings. He frequently appears either in the top 10 or the top 20. Tuxedo Sam is a penguin wearing a hat and a bow tie, which he collects. Aside from looking smart, he’s also quite the distinguished gentleman. He can speak English and attended university in the United Kingdom. Tuxedo Sam has also made appearances in other Sanrio properties, such as Fragaria Memories.
