Street Fighter 6 Monster Hunter Event Arrives in April

As part of the Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Special Program, Capcom revealed its Street Fighter 6 event connected to the series. In April 2024, there will be some cosmetic options as part of a special event.

There’s no exact date for the crossover yet, but Capcom did go over what to expect from it. Basically, Rathalos is coming to Street Fighter 6. People will be able to get Rathalos Armor for their character to wear. This will also appear to have a Great Sword on the back. Rathalos will also be in the Battle Hub. This will be a static presentation of the monster in mid-flight. People can then pose with it when they happen open it in the hub area.

Here’s the trailer that showed how the items will look in-game. It began by showing a character in Rathalos Armor approaching Ryu. After that, it shows how Rathalos will look in the Street Fighter 6 Battle Hub and how someone could appear when they approach the monster.

This is the second recent bit of Street Fighter 6 news. Capcom also shared a new Akuma trailer during its March 2024 Capcom Highlights presentations. He’ll show up in Spring 2024.

Street Fighter 6 is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Monster Hunter event will begin in April 2024.
