Meanwhile, you can get the Dream Flamer from Shape of Roast, which is the Stagnant Shadow in Dream’s Edge of Penacony.

In order to fully level up a Talent (excluding her Basic Attack), you’ll need to prepare:

You can get the new Harmony Materials from the Crimson Calyx in The Reverie (Dreamscape) in Penacony. Meanwhile, the Past Evils of the Borehole Planet Disaster is from the Echo of War in the Seclusion Zone on Herta Space Station. You’ll have three chances every week to challenge the Swarm King Skaracabaz. You should level up her Skill, Ultimate, and Talent evenly, since they’re all highly useful for her kit.
