Yuffie is the goofy, but lovable, Wutai ho joins Avalanche in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. If players want to get the most out of this fast-moving and versatile FFVII Rebirth character, you’ll want to consider our best Yuffie build when it comes to weapons, Materia, and other equipment.
Weapon recommendations for Yuffie in FFVII Rebirth
By far the most important part of any character’s build in this game is their weapon. This determines their abilities, especially if you haven’t fully unlocked all of them yet, as well as what the overall stats for the character will be. Weapon stats don’t vary too much in this game, but we have a couple of recommendations for Yuffie’s ninja weapon.
The first one is the Twin Viper. This particular weapon has some of the strongest physical attacks for her, and it is still a decent magical attack as well. Its Windstorm skill is an impressive one that affects a lot of enemies around Yuffie. Better yet, it also has plenty of Materia slots to give her further utility.
The other weapon I suggest is Bird of Prey. It has slightly less attack power than Twin Viper, but it makes up for that with slightly more magical attack potential. In addition, it has one more Materia slot. The Doppelgänger weapon ability is a fascinating and somewhat overpowered one, which involves Yuffie making clones of herself. But I still suggest unlocking Twin Viper’s Windstorm if you can before switching to this.
Best Yuffie equipment and Materia for a FFVII Rebirth build
Here are the other equipment and materia I recommend to round out our best Yuffie build in FFVII Rebirth:
- Bracelet: The highest defensive one you have, such as the Hades Armlet, Cetran Armlet, or Cetran Bangle.
- Accessory: Speed Demon Keychain. If you play your cards right, you should be using abilities as Yuffie quite often.
- Materia Recommendations: HP Up, Steal (default), Assess, a Summon (doesn’t matter which), Healing, Fire or Wind (gives her more flexibility), Chakra, and Luck Up (these are just some of the materia we like to run, but feel free to customize here)
- Weapon Skills Upgrades: Shuriken Mastery, Fire or Wind Damage Up, and Weapon Ability Damage or Attack Damage
