Chidori is one of the most fascinating side characters and villains in the Persona series. With a clear and unfortunate fate ahead for this Persona user, this is what you should know about how to save Chidori in Persona 3 Reload.
Can I save Chidori in Persona 3 Reload?
Fortunately, I have some good news for you regarding Chidori. Just like in the past versions of this beloved game, it is possible to save Chidori from her fate. It works somewhat similarly compared to other versions of the game, so make sure you keep in touch with Junpei to keep her alive.
The catch is actually quite odd. What you want to do is talk to Junpei on certain dates on the calendar and encourage him to go see Chidori. This is the only way to save her from her otherwise tragic end, so be sure not to miss out on a single date if you want to save as many people as possible in your playthrough.
Dates you need to talk to Junpei to save Chidori in Persona 3 Reload
There are certain dates that help you see if you’re on your way to saving Chidori in Persona 3 Reload. They are among some of the most important ones in the entire game. Don’t forget to go through these events:
- November 7: Talk to Junpei after school.
- November 8: Buy White Flowers from the Port Island Station and give them to Junpei that evening.
- November 22: You’ll see a specific cutscene with Mitsuru and take part in important story-related events.
You absolutely must speak to Junpei on November 7th. If you don’t, then don’t get him the flowers, Chidori is doomed.
The good news is, there’s a bit of a failsafe built in to Persona 3 Reload. Unlike other entries, your allies are much more connected. After you finish a day of school or early on a weekend, you can get a text message or call saying they’re free. I got one on November 7th, so maybe you’ll get that reminder too.
Persona 3 Reload is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
