One of the first sidequests you can take in FFVII Rebirth involves going to pick flowers for Chloe in the “Flowers from the Hill” mission. It does require you to pay a bit of attention, however.

Which flowers do I need to pick for Chloe for “Flowers from the Hill” in FFVII Rebirth?

Once you’ve gotten a Piko the Chocobo and Shinra cleared out of Kalm in Chapter 2 of FFVII Rebirth, you’ll learn about taking odd job sidequests. The first one you can hear about and get is at the Chocobo ranch. Billy will mention his sister Chloe needs help.

Talk to Chloe in the barn. She’ll ask you to head to a flower meadow on the other side of Kalm, all the way on the northwest side of the continent, to pick flowers at a monster-infested meadow for her flower crown in FFVII Rebirth. She’ll also give you a picture to show exactly what she wants. (You can’t look at it just yet, though!)

Here’s where you need to go on the map, as shown in the screenshot I took below:

Once you get to the meadow at the Wildflower Plateau, there will be a whole horde of Mandragora hanging around. So many that they’re labeled “A” through “H.” After you beat them up, Aerith will accompany you as you pick flowers from the different patches there.

What you want to do is pull up the picture Chloe drew. You can have the image open at all times by pressing right on the D-pad. The flowers in her picture are red, white, and yellow. This means you want the red gerberas that Red XIII is standing near, the white daisies near Tifa, and the yellow calendulas.

Fast travel back to Bill’s Chocobo and go talk to Chloe in the barn. You’ll get Telluric Scriptures Vol I that gives 10 SP to Aerith, three pearl ginger roots, three sprigs of marjoram, 10 party EXP, and Aerith will like Cloud more.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available on the PS5, with the exclusivity arrangement ending on May 29, 2024.
