Bushiroad and Eighting revealed the first teaser trailer for the upcoming Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact fighting game. As of the time of writing, there is no official release date nor target platforms.
The new Hunter x Hunter fighting game seems to be a 3v3 team-based anime fighter. However, the teaser doesn’t show any gameplay. The developers have yet to confirm whether the game is a 2D fighting game, or a 3D arena fighter.
The six characters that are featured in the teaser are Gon, Killua, Kurapika, Leorio, Hisoka, and chairman Netero. Additionally, Bushiroad revealed that the game’s official website and X (formerly Twitter) account are now open. Both are available only in Japanese, and more information will appear in the future.

During the teaser, the characters are seen walking towards one of the Heaven’s Arena stages, with Gon and Killua discussing sparring against each other in team battles. The trailer seemed to indicate that Megumi Han and Mariya Ise will reprise their roles as Gon and Killua respectively. Both actors played the characters in Madhouse’s 2011 anime adaptation of Hunter x Hunter.
Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact is currently in development by Bushiroad and Eighting. There is no release date announcement yet. The game was originally announced on December 2023 during Jump Festa 2024.
