See New Genshin Impact Characters Cloud Retainer Xianyun and Gaming

Cloud Retainer, going by the name Xianyun, and Gaming will be the next new Genshin Impact characters in the 4.4 update. HoYoVerse shared official art and profiles for each of them on social media. 

Gaming is making his debut in Genshin Impact 4.4 and hasn’t appeared prior to that update. He’s noted to be a Sword and Strongbox Transport Agency guard with the Leonine Vanguard title. He has a Pyro vision, and his constellation is called Leo Expergiscens. But while he’s a guard, his profile noted that he’s the Mighty Mythical Beasts leader who is a master of the Wushou Dance.

We’ve seen Cloud Retainer in her adeptus form during multiple storylines in Genshin Impact, but her human form as Xianyun as a character new to 4.4 is making her debut. The announcement noted she’ll be classified as a Liyue Harbor resident with an Anemo vision. Her title is Passerine Herald, and her constellation is Grus Serena. One part of her profile noted she’s working on an Exquisite Mini Broth Pot. It also mentioned that Zhongli, Madame Ping, Ganyu, and Shenhe all spoke about what a good person she is and how she’s a heroine.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices. The 4.3 update will arrive on December 20, 2023 and bring Navia and Chevreuse with it. Xianyun and Gaming will debut in 2024.
