Death end re;Quest 2 was announced earlier this week via Famitsu, and according to Compile Heart, the game will also have 200% more occult horror than the first, brought to players by Corpse Party writer Makoto Kedouin. Compile Heart has now released a teaser trailer for the game.
The trailer shows off the girl’s dorm that’s said to be the central location for Death end re;Quest 2, and while Shiina shows up in the trailer with an updated look, we see no sign of Arata, the previous game’s main protagonist. However, he is mentioned by name during the final bit of the trailer, with a line that says, “Long time no see, Arata.”
