This week’s Super Smash Blog for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate focuses less on the characters, but more on items and stages. Apart from Richter Belmont, the Blog also introduced Abra, Dracula’s Castle, and a new Gang-Plank Galleon arrangement that we heard a snippet of in King K. Rool’s debut trailer.

#66e Richter

Richter from the Castlevania series joins the battle as Simon’s echo fighter! His basic attacks are the same as Simon’s, but with subtle variations. In addition to that, his holy water is a different color.

Abra – New Assist Pokémon

Abra will ensnare a nearby fighter and teleport them to a random position on (or even off) the stage. Look out!

Dracula’s Castle – New stage

On this stage, various characters from throughout the series will appear as guests and you can get items by breaking the candles. Including new and classic tunes, this stage has 34 total tracks to listen to!

Gang-Plank Galleon – New arrangement

You can now listen to “Gang-Plank Galleon,” from the last boss battle in Donkey Kong Country. Arranged by ACE, this remix even includes a rap!

GameXplain also pieced together an extended version by combining the part in King K. Rool’s reveal trailer with the later segment revealed this week, which you can find below:
