Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is soon coming to Nintendo Switch, and NIS America shared a new trailer showcasing moves from the rapier-wielder Laxia and the bayonet fighter Hummel.

Daughter of House Roswell, a noble family of Garman, who was aboard the Lombardia.

Though she attempts to conduct herself with the dignity expected of a noble, her pride and stubbornness undermine her efforts. Among the diverse members of Castaway Village, who all hail from many different walks of life, she feels somewhat out of place. With her knowledge of wildlife and prehistoric creatures, she proves to be a valuable asset to Adol.

An enigmatic transporter who keeps to himself on the Isle of Seiren.

A professional through and through, he takes pride in his work as a transporter and will fulfill any request that is made of him. He is also a bit of a clean freak. He drifted ashore while transporting a “package” for delivery, but he refuses to divulge in the contents of the package or its intended recipient.

He wields a revolutionary new weapon known as a firearm, which has been described as a handheld cannon.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PC via Steam. The Nintendo Switch version arrives on June 26, 2018.
