“Pokétouch” Trademark Filed In Japan

Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. have filed a new Pokémon-related trademark in Japan. It’s called “Pokétouch”. Obviously, we have no idea what it’s for. The first thing that comes to mind is the Pokémon Amie feature from Pokémon X and Y.

It looks like there’s quite a bit of Pokémon-related stuff in development. We already know about the Pikachu detective game, and then there’s Pokkén Fighters. Perhaps Pokétouch is another such spin-off… or perhaps it’s just another smartphone marketing app like Pokémon Say Tap.
