Persona 3 To See Live Stage Play In 2014

Recommended Videos

In addition to the upcoming Persona 3 movies, the game is also receiving a live-action stage play, just like Persona 4 before it.

The news was announced via pamphlets distributed at the Persona Music Fes 2013 event today, and the play is scheduled to open in January 2014 the G-Rosso theatre at Tokyo Dome City.

The pamphlets use the title Persona 3: The Weird Masquerade, and interestingly they feature both the male lead as well as the female lead from Persona 3 Portable. So far, Atlus have made no mention of the female lead with regard to the Persona 3 movies.

Persona composer Shoji Meguro will be lending his musical talents to the play. Production is being handled by a company named CLIE.
