Sonic Lost World Gameplay Footage Shows Wii U And 3DS Versions

Sega have shared a meaty amount of gameplay footage from Sonic Lost World through IGN.com, giving a look at both the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS versions of the game. Like Sonic Generations, Lost World will have both 3D and 2D levels, and you can take a look at the Wii U version below:

Meanwhile, footage from the Nintendo 3DS version is split up into two videos. You can watch a 3D level Windy Hill Zone 1 here and a 2D level Desert Ruins Zone 2 here.

 

As reported yesterday, the 3DS version of Sonic Lost World will have online multiplayer races. The game will also allow you to share “gadgets” between the Wii U and 3DS versions.

 

Sonic Lost World is slated for release this year.
