Namco Bandai reported their third-quarter (Oct. – Dec.) earnings today, and also provided updated sales figures for a few of their recent games in their report.
Here’s how they’ve fared, as of December 31st, 2012, with the figures in parenthesis meant to indicate how many copies Namco hope for certain games to move by March 31st, 2013:
(J/US/EU) Tekken Tag Tournament 2 – 1.35 milion (1.7 million)
(J/US/EU) Soulcalibur V – 870,000
(J/US/EU) Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations – 660,000
(J) Tales of Xillia 2 – 500,000 (650,000)
(J) Run for Money Tousouchuu – 450,000 (300,000)
(J) Taiko Drum Master: The Little Dragon and the Mysterious Orb – 410,000
Hmm… Tales of Xillia 2 needs to sell another 150,000 copies by the end of March if it’s going to make that goal. Considering that we haven’t seen it in the top-20 sales chart for quite some time, that seems a little unlikely at this point.
