By It’s alright if you forgot about RayStorm HD entirely. Taito announced it last August. After the reveal the HD remake of RayStorm quietly faded into the background. By the way… it’s coming out next week.

Square Enix announced May 5 as RayStorm HD’s launch date on Xbox Live Arcade and May 6 for PlayStation Network. The game costs 1,200 Microsoft Points or 1,500 yen respectively. Basically, RayStorm HD costs around $15. While these dates have only been announced for Japan, almost all Xbox Live Arcade titles are released worldwide simultaneously. Unless RayStorm HD is an exception like Shotest Shogi, this is what you can expect to play in a few days.
