Livly Garden’s Cuddly Creatures Dump On DS Next January

imageMarvelous, Mother 3 developer Brownie Brown, and casual online game publisher So-Net are partnering to make Livly Garden. This Nintendo DS game is based on Livly Island, a Japanese web game where kids raise virtual pets. Think Neopets in a point and click world.

You do pretty much the same thing In Livly Garden. The cuddly creatures you raise hang out in a customizable garden, eat bugs, and poop gems called “doodoo” on the official site. Gems are used to buy more items to make your Livly happy. Fans of the PC game will see familiar creatures and original ones made just for the DS version.

 

Livly Garden is scheduled to come out in Japan on January 28, 2010.
