Moss delays Raiden IV until October

Don’t expect to pick up Raiden IV on September 11. The new release date is October 2 for Japan. Moss posted an apology on the official Raiden IV blog explaining the game will be held back 21 days to further increase the quality of the Xbox 360 port. The home version has new stages like this one shown in the following clip.

Since the game is nearly complete a list of achivements is floating around. You get Gamerscore points by beating bosses, clearing the game, and completing missions. Grab 1-up items in stage 4 to earn 10 Gamerscore points. Blow up the tanks in level five to get 10 more. The achievement points are distributed progressively and seem to be more balanced than Triggerheart Exelica's reward system.
