New localization for Final Fantasy VI Advance

Next month Nintendo is releasing Final Fantasy VI Advance in North America after a couple months of a delay. When VI was released as III for the Super NES there were family friendly edits like changing death to doom, replacing pubs with cafes, renaming holy to pearl (pearl?) and instances of minor nudity were covered up. The screenshot above shows “Deathgaze” who was called “Doomgaze” in the SNES release. So the word “death” is in, but what about the other edits? Is Terra going to be Tina (her original name)? That seems unlikely, but the edits to the dialogue make Final Fantasy VI Advance sort of like a director’s cut.
