100 Bullets revived for a release

Some people might remember that 100 Bullets, a game based on the crime-noir comic series was announced by Acclaim before they closed their doors. The series focus on Agent Graves who gives his “clients” the chance to do the impossible, kill someone and get away with it. This opportunity is limited to people who have been ignored by the law and vengeance is the only way out. However, Graves’ has something up his sleeve too. He selects people because of their background, but nobody knows what Graves’ true motives are. Now that Acclaim lost the license, D3 Publisher of Europe picked it up and they have plans to release a game based on the DC Comics property in 2007. It is unclear if they are going to tweak Acclaim’s project or build a new game from scratch. Either way 100 Bullets is a great property and thankfully someone else realized that too.
